CleanStart, Social Enterprise, are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Driver Mentor to join their busy team. Working as part of their CleanStart team, you will carry out collections, deliveries and connections of white goods. A qualification to complete PAT testing is desirable as this is a key task of the role. There will also be repair and upcycling of furniture and white goods to be carried out and training will be available where required. As a Driver Mentor you will be tasked with leading the local team on site, mentoring volunteers and new staff members with a diverse background and actively developing the team by giving constructive feedback. You will be responsible for ensuring their customer standards are delivered, time on site is recorded and that the customers experience of our service is positive.
