    Job Description: Our multi-sited client with offices based in Peterborough are seeking an experienced International Legal Secretary / Secretary to join them on a permanent basis supporting a team of lawyers within a fast paced legal environment. As Legal Secretary for our client, you will be responsible for providing diary management, handling emails, dealing with visitors and calls in to the department, preparing and planning for meetings, completing dictation, amending documents and letters, preparing correspondence & presentations, auditing case files to ensure compliance and within regulation, creating credit notes, generating invoices, monthly expenses, client receipting, maintaining document management systems, printing attendance notes and general administrative duties. To be considered for this role, you will ideally have previous legal secretarial experience and will be fully fluent in either Spanish, French or Italian language, although consideration will be given to a good level secretary that has one of the three required languages.
