About the Role. Data and Analytics are essential to our success. That's why we invest over $20 Million every year in our Data and Analytics capabilities. Could you be the person to lead our Operations Analytics team to optimize our customer journey, and help us build on our Trust Pilot score of 9.2/10. As the Lead Analytics Manager for the department you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the Analytics and Data Strategies employed in the business. This will include leading your team to produce MI reporting suites that support the Operations function, developing the forward thinking insights and analytics that help optimize the business as well as Project Managing large scale projects both with internal and external clients to world-class ability. You will have an in-depth knowledge on what makes an Operations Function work, not only the Telephony but also the Administrative functions required such as Complaints, Quality Assurance andData Entry teams. Understanding workflow management and how to efficiently scale Operational tasks through Data Insight is crucial to the success of the role. You will have large scale and extensive experience with Data Analytics and have hands-on development on Database Management. Ideally this will be a combination of Management roles within Operations and Account Management and/or Marketing in a customer-focused industry. Technically you should have advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS, R and Visualization tools such as Qlikview, SAS Visual Analytics and Tableau. A good knowledge of Project Management concepts including PRINCE2 is beneficial, along with a history of managing external client obligations. What experience, skills, qualities or qualifications are we looking for. At least 6 years' Analytics or Data Science experience in either a Finance or Customer focused industry, and at least 3 years in a Managerial Role. Experience of integrating large volumes of data from disparate sources. Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in statistical procedures; experience in one or more of the following techniques: ANOVA, CHAID, segmentation techniques (e.g. cluster analysis), PCA, factor analysis, multivariate regression analysis. Experience using 2 or more of the following for data manipulation: SAS (SAS Enterprise guide ideal), SQL, Teradata, Oracle, R, Python, Hadoop, Hive, Impala etc. and an expert level of Excel. Experience of dealing with unstructured data from many sources (textual data, social media data. Experience of interrogating, analyzing and presenting customer profiling information to identify potential campaigns/ programmes to senior audiences. Demonstrable understanding of methodologies for testing and deployment. Ability to take complex and/or technical concepts and convey them in easy to understand terminology with experience of preparing reports, data manipulation, Word and PowerPoint skills. Natural curiosity and determination to translate raw data into actionable insight. Experience of using at least two of the following: SAS, SQL, R, Python, VBA, C#, C++, HTML 5+, Javascript.
