Tooling and Toolroom experience gained from a Milling Machine / Fanuc controlled Environment. MAIN DUTIES. Ensure tooling is stored in the correct manner and monitor stock levels. To provide Quality Control Inspection of precision engineered components and assemblies in accordance with engineering drawings and/or acceptance criteria using a range of inspection equipment and gauges. Duties will include, but not limited to. Inspect to ensure that products and processes comply with requirements, using established engineering techniques. Liaise with QC Manager/Supplier Quality Engineer to work alongside production schedules and timescales. Ensure that all non-conformities are recorded and appropriately dealt with and closed. Ensure all quality data is captured. Ensure all test equipment are maintained and in calibration. Conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and opportunity for improvement.
