    Job Description: Production Operative, Day Shift or Evening Shifts Available, Driffield YO25, Immediate Starts Available. Aqumen Recruitment are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in Driffield YO25, our client was established in 1990 and has grown significantly and is now one of the leading & fastest growing companies within its sector in the UK. Supplying a large range of gardening products such as plant food & lawn treatments to name a few. Our client is now seeking production operatives on a long term basis to support their manufacturing site based in Driffield. Working hours are Monday – Thursday 10 hour shifts on either a 06:00 – 16:00 shift or 16:00 – 02:00 with occasional OT available on a Friday. There other site operates Monday to Friday 06:00 – 14.00 / Monday to Thursday 14.00 - 22.00 and Friday 13.00 - 17.00. FLEXIBILITY IS A MUST. Both sites are within walking distance of each other. Pay Rates. For up to 24 years old - £7.38 per hour Basic & Overtime paid at £11.07 per hour. for 25+ - £7.83 per hour basic & Overtime paid at £11.75 per hour. Pay Parity Rates Post 12 weeks Basic pay £8.39 per hour & Overtime paid at £12.59 per hour & you are also eligible for a weekly attendance bonus. The hours of work will be Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5pm and alternate Saturdays 6am to 3.30pm.
