As a Payroll Administer, you'll provide an effective and efficient administration service focusing on recruitment and colleague records. Enter data on to the payroll/HR computer systems, ensuring cases are handled efficiently and accurately in line with Southern Co-op policies, procedures and statutory regulations. Apply all statutory regulations (including eligibility to work and the working time directive) and policy relating to pay and contractual terms and conditions rigorously at all times. Process timesheet data via weekly electronic data collection and the pre-processing of variable manual inputs. Reconciliation on a 4 weekly basis. Validate and process colleague standing data for contract changes and maintain data integrity.
