This award winning travel business continues to grow and they are now recruiting for a HR Business Partner to have a proactive focus on one of their brands, providing responsive and pro-active support and advice to line managers on broader HR issues and complex individual cases. The role will be based from their office in Central London but will require extensive travel (2/3 days a week) to support the retail network.Job Accountabilities•Provide advice to line managers on employee relations matters in a flexible and consistent manner•Contribute to the formation of internal policy and procedures to comply with and/or support legislation and/or good employment practices•Support the roll out of HR projects and organisational change programmes to support the People & Culture strategy•Assist the business managers in the organisational design, ensuring any structural changes are executed in a compliant, timely and in a sensitive manner•Pro-actively support the implementation of performance management systems and provide guidance to managers to support the continued development of staff•Support the roll out of People & Culture initiatives such as the development of new systems, tools, processes and services to maximize business benefit

Experience and Professional Competence

Skills required:

•CIPD qualified of at least Graduate level is desirable but not essential Experience:•A minimum of 2-3 years’ generalist experience in HR •HR generalist experience in employee relations•Sound knowledge of and experience in applying UK employment legislation Skills and Knowledge:•A good understanding of employment law in the UK (essential)•Experience in HR systems (essential)•Employee engagement experience (desirable)•Performance Management experience (essential
