We currently have an opportunity for experienced Helpdesk Support Technicians both 1st & 2nd Line.

We have around 250 users at our Head Office in Farnborough and the roles will primarily be based there so ideally candidates will live within a commutable distance.

The 1st Line role is to be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or through our ticketing system. You will work as part of the service delivery team and be responsible for the resolution of all incidents logged via the IT call logging system. The role is customer facing and you will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers of all levels.

The 2nd line support analyst is responsible for ensuring IT systems are available to business users at all times. You will work as part of the service delivery team and be responsible for the resolution of all incidents logged via the IT call logging system. The role is customer facing and you will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers of all levels.
