Koin Limited is the UK’s fastest growing collectible company, selling coins and commemoratives to a wide range of collectors and fan bases through it’s B2C arm, The Koin Club. Koin are proud to partner with some of the world’s most recognizable brands such as Disney, Star Wars, Marvel and Warner Brothers to design, develop and create officially licensed collectible products to enjoy as both one-off items and as monthly subscriptions.
The Warehouse Operative is responsible for the smooth dispatch of orders to Koin Limited customers. This include all orders from The Koin Club and World Challenge Coins websites as well as from wholesale customers.
From the Koin Distribution Centre in Poole, the Warehouse Operative will use our Warehouse Management System to pick, pack and ship orders both to the UK and internationally. They will also be responsible for booking new goods in from our Suppliers, carrying out quality checks on all products and making items available for picking.
Additionally, the Warehouse Operative will carry out stock counts to ensure our inventory is accurate, build work orders to create products for dispatch and prepare orders for courier pickups.
The Koin Distribution Centre prides themselves on efficiency, the fast dispatch of all orders and ensuring all customers receive their orders in excellent condition.
The successful candidate will develop skills in using a Warehouse Management System, keeping accurate inventory, quality control and managing large quantities of orders. As it is vitally important that the Warehouse team work together to ensure all orders are dispatched within the required turnaround time, they will also learn how to work as part of a close-knit team towards a common goal.

paced environment, be a quick learner and have excellent
verbal communication skills.
They must be fluent in English, competent using
computers, have a high attention to detail and a pride
themselves on delivering a high quality of work.
