Job Detail

In this role you will be working within our business support, administration function, supported by our 4-strong team, to cover a range of administrative functions and activities in a training capacity.
You will be provided with training and support to carry out general business administrative duties, once confident in doing so. These will include providing day to day support such as:
filing and archiving of documents, creation of letters, minute taking and handling incoming phone calls. You will also support the Office Manager with the manning of reception and daily duties to welcome visitors to the office.
We will give you general and specific administration skills to enable you to confidently become an outstanding Administrator. This will include IT skills, communication, confidence and the ability to multi task and manage your own work load.
This is an exclusively office-based role.
