Job Detail

We are looking for someone to join the team, get great work experience and grow their social marketing marketing
skills. The successful candidate will be:

Able to express themselves at work
Willing to put customers first in everything they do
Willing to speak respectfully about customers at all times
Happy to contribute ideas to the business and help us innovate
Able to admit when they don’t know the answer, but always open to learning
Creative – with a passion for the highest standard results
Respectful to those around them
They will want:
To grow their own skillset, confidence and knowledge
To learn about Customer Experience Strategy
To learn about Sales Strategy
To explore how they present themselves to the wider world via social media and work on their personal brand with
our support
Support and training will be provided
Their work will look like:
Reviewing, developing and maintaining social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Tiktok
Creating digital content including blogs, emails and articles
Working closely with the founders to ensure the Think Wow core values of Empathy, Adding value, putting the
customer first and Making Things Easy, are present in all social media posts
Representing the brand from time to time on social media with their own LinkedIn account as well as
the Think Wow business page
For the right candidate there is potential this could turn into a permanent position, with a clear career progression track through to
Customer Experience Consultant.

Experience and Professional Competence

Skills required:

A good pass in English GCSE with strong written
skills, attention to detail, spelling and grammar are
essential as the candidate will represent the brand
online and in blogs.
Creative experience and/or an understanding of
social media post creation would be a benefit, as
would experience writing articles.
Knowledge of social media platforms such as Canva
would be an advantage but we can train this.
A Levels, maths and Science GCSE are an
advantage but not essential.
