The operators will be producing agarose resin products in accordance to ISO9001 and pharmaceutical standards. The process involves state-of-the-art equipment to successfully manufacture high-value specialty products. The operators will oversee washing columns, transfers of product & prepping batches. Operators will be working a 4 night on 4 night off shift pattern of nightshifts only (18:00 –06:00), first 3 months training will require 06:00-18:00 day shift. Premium Rates: Monday to Friday Basic x 1.25 - 6.30pm to following 6.30am Saturday Basic x 1.75 - 6.30pm to Monday 6.30am Sunday Basic x 1.75 - 6.30pm to Monday 6.30am Bank Holidays Basic x 2 plus overtime, pension scheme and life assurance

We currently have an opportunity for experienced Helpdesk Support Technicians both 1st & 2nd Line. We have around 250 users at our Head Office in Farnborough and the roles will primarily be based there so ideally candidates will live within a commutable distance. The 1st Line role is to be the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or through our ticketing system. You will work as part of the service delivery team and be responsible for the resolution of all incidents logged via the IT call logging system. The role is customer facing and you will be required to communicate effectively with internal and external customers of all levels. The 2nd line support analyst is responsible for ensuring IT systems are available to business users at all times. You will work as part of the service delivery team and be responsible for the resolution of all incidents logged via the IT call logging system.
