Participation is restricted to established travel companies with professional operations and a pro-active philosophy. At the head office in London a small team coordinates the international network. The business has two main areas of focus: What you would be doing… You will be a key member of the WIN team in managing the processes for creating, planning and implementing a wide range of regular and ad hoc marketing activities to meet the needs of hotel and supplier partners, communicating messages about our products and programmes to business travel agent members and promoting attendance at a range of events in the UK and overseas. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. You, the Marketing Executive, would report to the CEO and work alongside 10 other friendly professionals. The whole team works really closely together (in fact, they work closely with the whole Advantage group, our members and business partners). This will give you the great opportunity to both bounce ideas off each other and learn from each other. Marketing Executive tasks • Implement regular marketing communications by requesting, reviewing, compiling and publishing email, App and web communications • Assist in creating, implementing and managing content on the member App, monitoring engagement and undertaking fulfilment tasks • Undertake marketing activities across the whole portfolio of products and programmes but with a particular focus on marketing the Lifestyle Collection of luxury hotels and the Meetings and Events services • Creating email communications using a dedicated email management system (Dotmailer) • Support the (marketing) team on a range of regular office tasks, eg maintaining stocks of printed literature, pop ups; setting team meetings; sending collateral to members; creating a record of hotel supplier marketing activity • Assist in loading and maintaining Apps for use by delegates at a range of events in the UK and overseas • Active involvement in social media, creating messages, responding to posts, monitoring activity etc • Requesting, checking and loading adverts on dedicated hotel directory website
