Elecosoft are a leading software development company. We are looking for an enthusiastic Outbound Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. After training you will be responsible for identifying leads and potential opportunities to sell our market leading products over the phone. An effective telesales representative must be a good communicator and have good people skills, be able to establish a rapport over the phoine and must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in leads that the Business Development Managers can turn into customers. Responsibilities include: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts; Answer basic questions about products or the company; Ask questions to understand customer requirements and qualify if there is a lead; Direct Leads to the Business Development team when identified; Enter and update customer information into the CRM System; Keep records of calls and actions and note useful information. Training and support will be provided. This role will be great experience for an articlate and diligent young person. can lead to full-time employment.
