Center Parcs was founded in Holland over 40 years ago and opened its first centre at Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire in July 1987, providing short break holidays in the forest on a year-round basis.
They now have five locations across the UK – Sherwood Forest, Eleven Forest in Suffolk, Longleat Forest in Wiltshire, Whinfell Forest in Cumbria and Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire. It claims to have an annual occupancy rate in excess of 97%.
