Audley was established in 1996 as Asian Journeys, offering tailor-made holidays to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos (Indochina). Audley Travel has grown over the years and now sells holidays worldwide. The business has office locations in Boston, London and Witney in Oxfordshire where their head office is based. The business was also recognised as one of the top 100 companies to work for in the UK in a recent Sunday Times poll.
Traveling the Audley way
We work to the principle that the best advice is born out of personal experience, which is why we explore our destinations time and again
Our trips don’t come off the shelf, there’s no set recipe – they’re tailor-made down to the finest detail around your tastes and interests. Quite simply, we listen to what you want and then carefully design an individual trip to match, working to your budget and with an absolute commitment to quality. We have genuine experts for each and every one of our destinations, expertise that comes from having travelled many times or lived there. Our specialists will design a trip around you, show you the highlights in a different light, and introduce you to places and experiences that others might miss.
The benefits for working at Audley way
Whether you work in our Oxfordshire, London or Boston (USA) office, you will get to enjoy a range of benefits. As an extra reward, you get your birthday off after three years of service and fruit, juices and smoothies are provided, as well as flu vaccinations to keep you fighting fit. As you’d expect there are lots of social events and travel opportunities too.
Grow with Aduley
We want good people to stay with us and we do this, in part, by aiding personal development. Your journey starts with a competitive financial package and includes access to skills development, in-house training, further education opportunities and a workplace culture where achievement is recognised and rewarded. Whichever team you’re in, we’ll be with you every step of the way, supporting your development and career.
Join us as a Country Specialist and after the initial week induction we’ll send you on a familiarisation trip to the country you specialise in, followed by full systems training. There’s also a promotion scheme in place for Specialists, which brings additional rewards and responsibilities.
