Overview

Adobe is an American multinational computer software company. Adobe gives everyone — from emerging artists to global brands — everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Our solutions

Adobe Document Cloud

Adobe Document Cloud helps organizations drive business faster and deliver superior customer experiences, on any device, by making paper-based processes 100% digital. At the heart of Document Cloud is Acrobat DC, the world’s best PDF solution; Adobe Sign, the leading e-signature solution that allows anyone to sign and send documents from any device; and powerful companion mobile apps. Document Cloud offers integrations with industry leaders like Salesforce, Microsoft, Workday, Dropbox and Box, so people can work the way they’re accustomed to working.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Creative Cloud delivers the world’s leading creative desktop tools, mobile apps, and services such as Adobe Stock images. It connects them seamlessly together with their assets through CC Libraries, enabling users to work effortlessly across desktop and mobile devices for connected creative workflows. Featuring apps such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Creative Cloud helps people produce their best work – and the value of membership increases all the time through exclusive product and service offerings and feature updates.

Adobe Marketing Cloud

Adobe Marketing Cloud empowers companies to use big data to effectively reach and engage customers with highly personalized marketing content across all digital touchpoints. Eight tightly integrated solutions offer marketers a complete set of technologies for analytics, web and app experience management, testing and targeting, advertising, video, audience management, social engagement and campaign orchestration.

Adobe is investing in three key areas to drive greater diversity and inclusion.
Building the industry pipeline.
Adobe and the Adobe Foundation are working to diversify the tech industry through our Youth Coding Initiative, GenHeration sponsorship, GEM Fellowship program, and other strategic investments. We began partnering with Girls Who Code in 2013, and we’re grown our commitment to now sponsor five sites and four employee instructors in the organization’s alumnae and summer immersion programs. We also partner with nonprofits including Black Girls Code, CodeNow, Urban Arts Partnership, Technovation and in 2015 added three new partners, ChickTech, City Year and Code as a Second Language, to further drive global impact.
Attracting Diverse Candidates.
We partner with Jopwell and Linkedin to identify, recruit and hire exceptional and diverse talent, and we sponsor and recruit at the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineer, and National Society of Black Engineers conferences. We’re designing programs to expand the ways we find and interact with candidates. And we’ve recently partnered with the NeuroLeadership Institute to develop a course for employees aimed at mitigating unconscious bias in decision-making.
Enhancing our employee experience.
Our employee networks — AccessAdobe, AdobeProud (LGBTQ), Adobe & Women, Asian Employee Network, Black Employee Network, Hispanic & Latino Employee Network and Veterans Employee Network — help foster an inclusive work environment. We received a perfect score of 100 and the distinction of being a “Best Place to work for LGBT Equality” on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index. Development programs for female employees include the Women’s Executive Shadow Program, Worldwide Field Operations Leadership Circles, Voice & Influence Circles and WOMEN Unlimited. And we partner with Stanford University’s Clayman Institute for Gender Research as well as Catalyst to access resources, research, events and a community of diversity and inclusion leaders.
