    Key Accountabilities

    Maximising all sales opportunities
    Maximising all ancillary sales opportunities. i.e. Touring (extended and day), cars and campervans, transfers
    Actively follows up sales opportunities from quote
    Feedback on pricing issues to sales managers through survey monkey
    Answering sales calls from various brands within the Gold Medal Travel Group portfolio as and when required.
    Minimising losses and errors within the business
    Reading back all details of customers itinerary
    Arrival into work on time
    Adhering to all call centre call etiquettes
    Answering calls in line with the Company procedures
    Always going the extra mile for every customer
    Communicate effectively with customers, internal and external
    Build relationships with our agents by visiting them on the road and working closely with the Key Account Managers.
    To take full responsibility for your accounts and managing these in a professional manner.
    To be able to work under your own influence as well as working as part of team.

    Hours: You will be required to work 5 days over 7, Monday – Saturday (1 Saturday in every 2 month).

    - Load data for specific products and destinations to ensure quality guidelines are adhered to, and standards and procedures followed accurately.

    Supporting the Product Executives with the management of relationships with hotel, air and ground suppliers including negotiating special offers, allocations and marketing agreements.
    Ensure that all product information (available to all staff) is maintained with up to date fact sheets and relevant information such a board basis etc.
    Ensure that all website offers are up to date and correct.
    Work with the contracting and loading teams to ensure offers are loaded correctly in line with business requirements. Escalate issues to management where required.
    Produce weekly competitor analysis reports and room night reports and identify market trends and opportunities for the business. Feedback to management.
    Monitor Emirates flight pricing fluctuations and availability and compare against competitor airlines, feeding updates back to management on a regular basis.
    Support the reservations department by becoming the key point of contact for product enquiries and providing clear sales briefs for marketing campaigns. Assist with loading queries, price matches and provide support to the Operations team.
    Respond to all reservations and operations queries raised on yammer
    Responsibility for managing the training schedule, organising FAM trips and coordinating sales incentives.

    Job Accountabilities



    Assisting the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver the annual brand marketing and PR plan, including working with product, ecommerce, corporate communications and senior management as well as external agency partners.
    Assisting the Senior Marketing Executive to deliver both partner and tactical marketing calendars, including generating pricing, writing copy, choosing imagery and general asset
    Creation for all marketing channels including brochure, direct mail, digital, social, press, flash sales, EDMs.
    Where required write briefs for external partners action and manage the partners delivery.
    Continuous ROI reporting for all marketing activity.

    Delivery of the trade marketing strategy, in conjunction with trade sales managers, including production of collateral with pricing, product and content input.
