Our products include scheduled flights on many leading airlines, hotel accommodation, car rental, transfers, sightseeing, theme park passes and travel insurance.

    We are now are recruiting a Revenue Administrator to be responsible for auditing and reporting of BSP/airline documents and investigate issues that have affected the financial reporting following ticket issue.

    Key Tasks:
    Ensure all audit work is investigated thoroughly
    Ensure Agency Debit Memos/Agency Credit Memos are challenged where appropriate within the deadline
    Ensure that work is completed accurately to minimise losses
    Work with the team manager to identify ways that losses and errors can be reduced
    Dealing with complete Revenue Accounts process
    Identification and pursuit of valid airline claims
    Assist the Team Manager in implementing new systems and ideas
    Ensure all Agency Debit Memo/Agency Credit Memo data is entered into the database and filed according to status
    Assist with BSP/airline reporting issues of airline documents to each individual airline
    Ensure all airline BSP documents are entered into database and are filed according to status
    Assist in producing reports to the business
    Support and liaise with internal departments

    OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE Reporting to your Paid Media Campaign Manager you will support them across a portfolio of paid media campaigns - encompassing PPC, Display, Paid Social and Native.

    Your role is to ensure the effective management of your paid media campaigns within your portfolio, report results to clients and to continually learn about/take advantage of technological developments in the paid media environment. You will also need to collaborate effectively with our strategic services, analytics, sales, conversion optimisation and organic search teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Account management:
    o Full understanding of bid management and a good knowledge of bidding strategies
    o Identify problems & can solve using data driven insights
    o Comprehensive data analysis & recommendations

Ideally you will have studied travel and tourism (but this isn't essential), be IT literate and have some customer service experience.
