We are a highly successful independent healthcare recruitment agency, primarily engaged in the supply of temporary staff to a diverse client-base across the South East. Due to recent growth we are now seeking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to support our Account Management team in the resourcing and supply of temporary staff over a range of services. This is a role that would suit someone who has previously worked in a Recruitment setting, preferably within the health and social care sector, though this is by no means essential. You will be principally involved in supporting the account management team in the supply of temporary healthcare workers to existing key Clients. Assisting with candidate registrations, managing staff availability, booking and confirming shifts and always striving to exceed client and applicant expectations in terms of service and delivery. You must be organised, possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural flair for managing relationships via the telephone, and be able to multi-task and prioritise with ease. Above all, you must demonstrate a "can do" attitude, with an eagerness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. You will be well supported by a small experienced team, including Resourcing, Compliance and Payroll functions, together with Consultants and Senior Management Staff. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also benefit from a monthly team bonus opportunity. We are a young and dynamic business and for the right candidate, this is a role with plenty of scope for progression. NOTES. We are recruiting for a Compliance Assistant to help meet the increasing demands of our growing business. We supply temporary staff into the health and social care sector across the South East. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in a rewarding and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Compliance Manager and Training Coordinator, with the overall objective of ensuring that target compliance levels are maintained for all new and existing staff. You will be responsible for undertaking a range of routine checks, in line with industry standards, including NHS Employer Guidelines. As such, previous experience of Recruitment and the Health and Social Care Sector would be an advantage, though not essential. The successful applicant will be expected to. Complete background checks on staff, including Work History, References, Criminal Records (DBS) and Occupational Health. Obtain information from Nurses, including NMC PIN and indemnity insurance. Ensure Compliance information is kept up to date on software system. Liaise with the Training Coordinator to manage training requirements. Provide administrative support to the frontline Sales team. Out of hours on-call support - one evening per week, paid in addition to salary. The successful applicant must be confident communicating with people at all levels, with a natural ability to multi-task and prioritise their workload.
