We are looking for a Paid Media Executive (PPC Executive) to join our successful and growing team. Ideally you will have 1+ years experience but we are also open to digital marketing graduates. OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE Reporting to your Paid Media Campaign Manager you will support them across a portfolio of paid media campaigns - encompassing PPC, Display, Paid Social and Native. Your role is to ensure the effective management of your paid media campaigns within your portfolio, report results to clients and to continually learn about/take advantage of technological developments in the paid media environment. You will also need to collaborate effectively with our strategic services, analytics, sales, conversion optimisation and organic search teams. Key Responsibilities: • Account management: o Full understanding of bid management and a good knowledge of bidding strategies o Identify problems & can solve using data driven insights o Comprehensive data analysis & recommendations o Ownership of bid/optimisation decisions on accounts o Strategic account structure creation o Informed choices about performance & next steps o Ability to carry out day to day tasks without supervision o Strong Analytics ability • Account build: o Competent in Google Search, Display, Remarketing & Shopping campaign creation OVERVIEW OF YOUR ROLE o Manual shopping feed build o Good knowledge of Bing Ads, Yahoo & Social o Confident in devising a strategy within AdWords and implementing it o Knowledge & implementation of other display products & offerings o Call tracking set up & implementation o Goal creation • Planning & reporting: o Internal planning meetings o Client meetings - on boarding & quarterly planning o Creation of reports based upon the needs of a client - both in Excel or Power Bi o Forecasting results for your clients o Auditing accounts confidently • Expected attributes: o Innovation & collaboration o Attending conferences & events (i.e. Google events) o AdWords exams - maintaining AdWords & Analytics exams o Cross department involvement o More strategic thinking, continued passion to learn o Client communication - email, phone and meetings CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT You will need to craft media plans that are designed to yield exceptional results for our clients whilst successfully growing their revenue with RocketMill. REPORTING You will need to work with each client to ensure we provide the right reporting. You will need to report on data (analytics and forecasts), and workflow. Your reporting will be insightful and educational for the client. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT Your knowledge of digital marketing coupled with the client dialogue you undertake will inevitably lead to you unearthing opportunities for RocketMill.
