Design and development of enterprise applications using a defined product set such as: TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW), TIBCO Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Informatica PowerCentre, Informatica DQ, Informatica B2B and Informatica ILM. Define and adhere to best practices for different integration patterns. Contribute to the creation of designs and solutions. Analyse and review designs and work requests to ensure best use of technology deployment. Identify opportunities for automation and re-usability to increase productivity and value for money, including developing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Maven and Jenkins. Work in collaboration with Technical/Business Analysts to identify user needs, discuss capabilities and craft solutions. We're looking for an experienced people and Store Manager to help deliver real commercial success for the clothing department in our brand new Dunstable Superstore. What's the role. In this challenging and varied role you will be responsible for our Superstore and achieving its commercial success – everything from managing a large team of talented, diverse individuals to building relationships within Dunstable to build awareness and bring in more stock. Our Superstore is at the hub of the local community, acting as the face of Cancer Research UK, and raising public awareness of our campaigns. What will I be doing. Achieve agreed sales targets and maximise profit. Ensure an excellent customer service and supporter care. Generate additional income using local corporate contacts and media. Generate quality donated goods to achieve the agreed processing targets. Manage and process large volumes of donations. Maintain a high standard of merchandising and display both windows and in-store. Ensure CRUK security procedures and health & safety policies are correctly followed.
