We are now recruiting for Senior Marketing Executive - Emirate Holidays, based in Kingston upon Thames. This pivotal role, part of the Commercial team is all about our customers and filling our planes departing from the UK & Ireland to our home Dubai and beyond. It’s about ensuring we anticipate our customer’s requirements, we understand them, and we use our knowledge to promote holidays that they will love over and over again. The senior marketing executive will expertly lead a team of 2 direct reports. Providing clear direction, setting stretching targets, leading by example and providing best in class coaching, the team will be motivated to deliver exceptional marketing and always delivering competitive tactical pricing. Job Accountabilities Responsible for the management and performance and development of the marketing team. Planning and execution of the annual marketing plan in conjunction with the e-commerce team including managing the marketing budget and working with marketing and PR agencies to deliver acquisition and ROI in line with company targets. Delivery of the tactical marketing calendar including planning, content and asset delivery, tactical pricing, execution and reporting for campaigns, EDM’s, press, brochures, direct mail and flash sales campaigns such as Travelzoo and Hotel exclusives Creating the strategy for all tactical pricing to be used in relevant marketing activity. Continual monitoring and feedback of the results of marketing campaigns, during and post campaigns, using a test and learn approach to optimize performance. Responsible for measurement and communication to management of ROI on all marketing and PR activity. Responsible for the planning, execution and management of brochure and direct mail production and distribution. Production of partner marketing campaigns, including planning, production and reporting. Briefing copywriters and writing copy, sourcing images for marketing pieces and working closely with the design team to ensure a consistent and strong brand is maintained. Working closely with Corporate Communications to ensure brand and tone of voice alignment, ensuring all of Emirates Holiday personnel and outputs, not limited to marketing, include Emirates branding best practice to ensure brand consistency. Responsible for the development and execution of a trade marketing strategy. Working with the Trade Sales Managers to plan and execute trade campaigns. Support with ad hoc branding, collateral, events and global initiatives.
